Góc kỹ thuật: Chelsea vẫn cần Oscar

Vai trò của một “số 10” hiện đại như Oscar chính là chìa khóa ảnh hưởng trực tiếp đến lối chơi bên phía The Blues trong mùa giải sắp tới.

Sự xuất hiện của Cesc Fabregas tại sân Stamford Bridge vô hình chung đã trở thành nguyên nhân khiến cho Oscar phần nào trở nên mờ nhạt ở mùa giải vừa rồi. Mặc dù vẫn được thi đấu trong vai trò hộ công quen thuộc nhưng rõ ràng, ngôi sao người Brazil không còn là trung tâm của mọi đường lên bóng bên phía Chelsea nữa. Thay vào đó, thầy trò HLV Jose Mourinho bây giờ đã tìm ra một “miếng đánh” đơn giản và trực diện hơn, đó là Fabregas chuyền dài từ trung tuyến, Diego Costa di chuyển chiếm lĩnh không gian trong khu vực cấm địa đối phương và dứt điểm. Khoảng thời gian đầu mùa bóng 2014/2015, thứ công thức này đã trở thành yếu tố tiên quyết giúp cho The Blues giành được lợi thế ở mặt trận quốc nội. Bản thân Oscar, từ vị trí “nhạc trưởng” của đội bóng thành London đã phải chấp nhận thi đấu “thầm lặng” hơn như một tiền vệ tranh chấp bóng tầm cao, che chắn và hỗ trợ cho Fabregas.

Vai trò của Oscar suy giảm đáng kể sau khi Fabregas xuất hiện

Chứng kiến cựu cầu thủ Internacional ngày càng trở nên nhạt nhòa trong lối chơi bên phía Chelsea, không ít ý kiến từ phía giới chuyên môn đã đưa ra nhận định cho rằng nhiều khả năng ban lãnh đạo The Blues sẽ sớm “thanh lý” Oscar ngay ở kỳ chuyển nhượng mùa Hè 2015. Mặc dù vậy, xét trên nhiều khía cạnh, điều này hoàn toàn có thể trở thành một sai lầm lớn của đội bóng chủ sân Stamford Bridge nếu như HLV Mourinho chấp nhận để tiền vệ người Brazil ra đi. Cần phải nhấn mạnh rằng, Oscar vào thời điểm hiện tại đang giữ vai trò như một cầu thủ làm nhiệm vụ chuyển tiếp giữa hàng công và tuyến giữa The Blues.

Theo đó, khi Chelsea chủ động kiểm soát thế trận, ngôi sao 23 tuổi chính là nhân tố sẽ di chuyển bao quát để thu hút sự chú ý của hậu vệ đối phương đồng thời tìm kiếm các khoảng trống cho Fabregas thực hiện những đường chuyền kiến tạo từ phía sau. Ngược lại, trong những thời điểm thầy trò HLV Mourinho cần phải tăng cường sức ép để giành bóng thì Oscar cũng là một mắt xích vô cùng quan trọng làm nhiệm vụ pressing ngay từ phần sân đối thủ. Nói một cách chuẩn mực hơn thì ngôi sao người Brazil chính là thứ “chất xúc tác” cần thiết giúp cho Fabregas có thể hoạt động thoải mái và tự do ở trung tâm hàng tiền vệ Chelsea.

Thống kê cho thấy, mặc dù không được thi đấu quá nhiều (tổng cộng 2038 phút) ở mùa giải năm ngoái nhưng Oscar vẫn đóng góp tới 6 bàn thắng cùng 8 pha kiến tạo cho đội bóng thành London tại đấu trường Premier League (xếp thứ 4 về ghi bàn, thứ 3 về kiến tạo trong đội hình Chelsea). Tuy nhiên, ưu điểm đáng chú ý nhất của tiền vệ 23 tuổi này lại chính là khả năng phòng ngự từ xa cực kỳ hiệu quả, với trung bình mỗi trận 1,9 cú tắc bóng thành công và 1,1 tình huống phá bóng kịp thời.

Về mặt lý thuyết, Oscar cũng không phải một “máy quét” thuần túy nhưng rõ ràng, sự có mặt của cầu thủ người Brazil đã giúp cho lối chơi bên phía The Blues phần nào trở nên cứng cáp và chắc chắn hơn. Cá nhân Fabregas, trong vai trò của một tiền vệ kiến tạo lùi sâu (regista) cũng hoàn toàn cảm thấy yên tâm khi mà phía trước và phía sau anh đều có những nhân tố mạnh mẽ, giàu sức chiến đấu (Oscar và Matic).

Trên thực tế, HLV Mourinho cũng có thể sử dụng Willian như một “suffoco” (hộ công tranh chấp tầm cao) để làm nhiệm vụ “bảo kê” cho Fabregas. Thế nhưng, xét ở nhiều góc độ, dễ dàng nhận thấy rằng cựu ngôi sao Anzhi vẫn còn kém xa Oscar ở khoản đóng góp vào mặt trận tấn công (2 bàn, 3 kiến tạo). Chính bởi vậy, trong trường hợp “Người đặc biệt” vẫn muốn Chelsea duy trì được một thế trận ổn định và mượt mà đồng thời đảm bảo yếu tố an toàn cần thiết, không còn cách nào khác, vị chiến lược gia người Bồ buộc phải tin dùng "số 10" hiện đại Oscar.
