Hàng công Man City: Đi tìm “chất xúc tác” cho Aguero

Sự trở lại của ngôi sao người Argentina vào thời điểm hiện tại hoàn toàn có thể khiến HLV Pellegrini gặp khó khăn trong việc sắp xếp nhân sự trên hàng công Man City.

Phải thừa nhận rằng Sergio Aguero chính là nhân tố giữ vai trò quan trọng nhất trong đội hình The Citizens kể từ đầu mùa. Tính trên mọi đấu trường, tiền đạo người Argentina đã ghi được 19 bàn thắng, trong đó có 14 pha lập công tại Premier League, qua đó dẫn đầu danh sách Vua phá lưới giải Ngoại hạng Anh cùng Diego Costa. Khoảng thời gian vừa rồi, việc Aguero dính chấn thương đầu gối và phải nghỉ thi đấu hơn một tháng cũng khiến cho hàng công Man City rơi vào cuộc khủng hoảng lực lượng trầm trọng.

Thậm chí, có những thời điểm, HLV Manuel Pellegrini còn phải chấp nhận đẩy James Milner lên đá trung phong cắm đồng thời triển khai sơ đồ chiến thuật 4-6-0. Mặc dù vậy, đến bây giờ, sau khi cựu chân sút Atletico Madrid chính thức bình phục để tái xuất trở lại, nhiệm vụ đặt ra dành cho HLV Pellegrini chính là việc tìm kiếm phương án đá cặp hiệu quả nhất trên tuyến đầu giúp ngôi sao 27 tuổi phát huy tối đa khả năng săn bàn của mình.

1.Tiền đạo vệ tinh: Stevan Jovetic

Về mặt lý thuyết, cầu thủ người Montenegro cũng là một tiền đạo giống như Aguero. Tuy nhiên, phong cách thi đấu của Stevan Jovetic lại không hề giống với mẫu trung phong cắm thuần túy. Do sở hữu nền tảng kỹ thuật cá nhân tương đối khéo léo cũng như nhãn quan chiến thuật khá nhạy bén nên cựu ngôi sao Fiorentina thường thể hiện được những phẩm chất khi được bố trí chơi lùi hoặc lệch sang biên trái một chút.

Trên thực tế, Jovetic cũng không đá lùi sâu hẳn như một hộ công. Thay vào đó, khu vực mà tiền đạo 26 tuổi hoạt động chủ yếu thường nằm ngay sát vòng cấm địa. Thậm chí, ở những thời điểm cần thiết, Jovetic cũng có thể dâng cao hơn cả Aguero, qua đó trực tiếp áp sát đồng thời gây sức ép về phía cầu môn đối phương. Một cách tổng thể hơn, trong trường hợp HLV Pellegrini lựa chọn ngôi sao người Montenegro trở thành đối tác với Aguero trên hàng công The Citizens, đồng nghĩa rằng Man xanh sẽ sử dụng đội hình 4-4-2, hoặc biến thể là 4-4-1-1. Bản thân Aguero cũng là một tiền đạo sở hữu khả năng di chuyển rộng nên phương án này hoàn toàn có thể giúp Man City đa dạng hóa sự kết hợp và tương tác giữa bộ đôi trung phong.

2.Tiền vệ “số 10”: David Silva

Vai trò của David Silva trong giai đoạn vừa rồi là vô cùng quan trọng với Man xanh. Chính nhờ phong độ xuất sắc của ngôi sao người Tây Ban Nha mà thầy trò HLV Pellegrini có thể vượt qua được tình cảnh khủng hoảng hàng công (cả Aguero, Dzeko lẫn Jovetic đều chấn thương). Thời điểm hiện tại, để nói rằng cựu tiền vệ Valencia là một trong những “số 10” hay nhất Premier League có lẽ cũng chẳng mấy ai phản đối.

Kể từ đầu mùa đến giờ, Aguero và Silva chưa có nhiều cơ hội để kết hợp với nhau trong vai trò của một bộ đôi tấn công dưới hệ thống chiến thuật 4-2-3-1. Giai đoạn đầu mùa, Silva thường xuyên phải chơi dạt cánh trái để nhường khu vực trung lộ cho bộ đôi Aguero-Dzeko. Sau khi cầu thủ người Tây Ban Nha trở lại sau chấn thương, đến lượt Aguero trở thành “bệnh binh” tại sân Etihad.

Mặc dù vậy, khoảng thời gian sắp tới, HLV Pellegrini chắc chắn sẽ có đầy đủ sự phục vụ của cả hai nhân tố nổi bật nhất trong đội hình Man City. Xét về mặt lý thuyết, khả năng sáng tạo tuyệt vời đến từ Silva sẽ là “chất xúc tác” hiệu quả nhất giúp Aguero tỏa sáng. Thế nhưng, trên thực tế, điều này vẫn còn phải phụ thuộc nhiều vào lối chơi của đội bóng thành Manchester. Dễ dàng nhận thấy rằng, cặp đôi này sẽ chỉ phát huy được hiệu quả tối đa khi Man xanh duy trì một hệ thống kiểm soát và luân chuyển bóng linh hoạt ngay từ tuyến tiền vệ.

3.Hộ công “ảo”: Yaya Toure

Với tất cả những ai từng chứng kiến màn trình diễn của Toure trong mùa giải 2013/2014, đều hiểu rằng ngôi sao người Bờ Biển Ngà là một tiền vệ toàn năng bậc nhất châu Âu. Giai đoạn đầu mùa năm nay, tuy đã xuất hiện không ít dấu hiệu sa sút vì lý do tuổi tác nhưng ở những trận đấu gần nhất, Toure cũng nhanh chóng trở lại để tái khẳng định đẳng cấp của mình. Sở hữu một nền tảng thể lực, sức mạnh thuộc vào hàng “vô đối” tại Premier League, vừa có thể dứt điểm, đi bóng, kiến tạo, ghi bàn đồng thời tranh chấp hỗ trợ phòng ngự, dĩ nhiên cựu cầu thủ Barca cũng hoàn toàn đủ khả năng đảm nhiệm vị trí hộ công trong đội hình Man City.

Trong trường hợp HLV Pellegrini quyết định sử dụng Toure như một “số 10”, đồng nghĩa rằng tuyến giữa của The Citizens cũng có thừa sức chiến đấu, bởi án ngữ ngay sau lưng tiền vệ người Bờ Biển Ngà chính là bộ đôi “sen đầm thép” Fernando-Fernandinho. Thậm chí, bản thân Toure với sự đa năng cần thiết của mình, cũng có thể tự do di chuyển bao quát và thực hiện cùng lúc nhiều nhiệm vụ trên sân. Đây chính là phương án mà ngôi sao 31 tuổi sẽ hoạt động gần như một “hộ công ảo” ngay phía sau Aguero. Trên một phương diện nào đó, giải pháp này có thể khiến lối đá của Man xanh thiếu đi đôi chút tính cơ động. Thế nhưng, ngược lại, thầy trò HLV Pellegrini cũng dễ dàng hơn trong việc triển khai một phong cách tấn công đơn giản, trực diện và đề cao sự hiệu quả lên hàng đầu.
