(Bongda24h) - Đêm nay, "gã nhà giàu thành London" sẽ có một trận đấu khó lường khi họ phải đến làm khách trên sân Villa Park của Aston Villa. Dù được đánh giá cao hơn đội chủ nhà nhưng không vì thế mà các cầu thủ Chelsea có thể thảnh thơi với những suy tính của mình.

Trong tổng số 7 lần đối đầu với Aston Villa gần đây nhầt, các cầu thủ Chelsea chưa bao giờ biết đến mùi thất bại. Ở mùa giải trước, Chelsea đã thi đấu kém ấn tượng khi bị đội chủ nhà cầm hòa 0-0 trong 90 phút thi đấu khi mà họ tạo được vô khối cơ hội ghi bàn.

Chiến thắng gần đây nhất của Aston Villa trước Chelsea đã xảy ra vào ngày 12 tháng 04 năm 2004. Đó là chiến thắng 3-2 khó khăn nhờ công của các cầu thủ Darius Vassell (hiện đá cho Man City) ghi bàn từ chấm 11m, Thomas Hitzlsperger sút xa và Lee Hendrie ấn định chiến thắng.

Tuy nhiên, ở Villa Park, Chelsea cũng đã có những chiến thắng hết sức ấn tượng. Chiến thắng đậm nhất 3-0 diễn ra năm 199 khi Flo và Bjarne Goldbaek thi đấu xuất sắc giúp cho The Blues ra về với 3 điểm.

Trong tổng số 150 trận đấu mà hai đội từng chạm trán, Villa thắng 55 trận, thua 57 và hòa 38. Tỷ số thắng thua trên thực sự là khá cân bằng. Riêng ở Villa Park, chủ nhà đã thắng 33 trận, thua 18 và hòa 24.

Chelsea đã quá may mắn trong hai trận đấu với Liverpool và Portsmouth gần đây nhưng cái cách mà "gã nhà giàu" kiếm được điểm số quả thực là chính họ. Bộ máy mà Mourinho đang vận hành hiện còn thiếu nhiều mảnh ghép quan trọng, đặc biệt là ở hàng tiền vệ khi mà Frank Lampard đang quá tải.
