Vấn đề chiến thuật của các đội bóng lớn trước mùa giải mới

Pep Guardiola sẽ giúp Man City chơi tấn công theo cách nào?

HLV Pep Guardiola là người đã truyền giáo lối chơi tiki-taka tại Barcelona, nhưng ở Bayern Munich, ông sử dụng một cách tiếp cận trận đấu trực diện hơn, bằng cách đưa các cầu thủ chạy cánh có tốc độ và khả năng qua người tốt vào thế 1 đối 1, như trường hợp của những Franck Ribery, Arjen Robben, Douglas Costa và Kingsley Coman. Để làm được điều đó, ông luôn cần ít nhất một tiền đạo cắm ở bên trong và một tiền vệ trung tâm có khả năng xâm nhập vòng cấm và ghi bàn.

Pep Guardiola có vẻ như đang nỗ lực xây dựng phương án tấn công nhanh bởi họ đang sở hữu tiền đạo có tốc độ cực tốt là Sergio Aguero, cùng một số 10 có khả năng chơi phản công hay bậc nhất thế giới hiện tại là Kevin de Bruyne. Việc ông chiêu mộ Leroy Sane ngay cả khi đã có những Raheem Sterling, Jesus Navas và Nolito có lẽ cũng nhằm giúp Man City gia tăng tốc độ trong những tình huống tấn công, và chúng ta có thể chờ đợi một đội bóng hoàn toàn mới từ Pep Guardiola.

Mourinho sẽ sử dụng sơ đồ chiến thuật nào cho Man United?

Trong hầu hết các trận đấu đã qua của M.U dưới thời HLV Jose Mourinho, sơ đồ 4-2-3-1 thường xuyên được sử dụng, nhưng sự xuất hiện của Paul Pogba có thể sẽ thay đổi tất cả. Giới chuyên môn rất chờ đợi Pogba có thể được thi đấu ở một vị trí cao hơn là tiền vệ trung tâm trong sơ đồ 4-2-3-1, ngay cả khi anh đã được xếp chơi ở vị trí này tại VCK EURO 2016 vừa qua.

Nhưng đó là bởi HLV Didier Deschamps muốn phát huy tối đa khả năng của Antoine Griezmann trong vai trò của một hộ công. Đằng này, Quỷ Đỏ lại đang cần định hướng tấn công lên trung phong cắm Zlatan Ibrahimovic và vai trò hộ công của Rooney cũng rất mờ nhạt. Vì thế mà sơ đồ chiến thuật 4-3-3 được xem như là hoàn hảo nhất đối với M.U lúc này.

Mourinho có sử dụng sơ đồ 4-3-3?

Conte loay hoay tìm đội hình hoàn hảo cho Chelsea

Không giống như Jose Mourinho, HLV Antonio Conte đang tìm cách thử nghiệm nhiều sơ đồ chiến thuật cho Chelsea. Ở đầu mùa giao hữu, ông đã áp dụng sơ đồ 4-2-4 với những biến thể thành 5-4-1 hay 4-4-2 tuỳ vào tình hình trận đấu. Phương án này đã mang lại cho ông những thành công nhất định, tuy nhiên một số vị trí thiết yếu lại chưa thể quen được với hệ thống hoàn toàn mới mẻ này khi mùa giải ngoại hạng Anh 2016/17 đã cận kề.

Để rồi ở trận đấu với Werder Bremen, Conte quyết định sử dụng sơ đồ 4-3-3 với một tiền vệ đánh chặn (Kante), một tiền vệ con thoi (Matic) và một tiền vệ tổ chức (Oscar) ở giữa sân. Chiến thắng 4-2 đã phần nào chứng minh rằng thử nghiệm đó tương đối thành công. Tuy nhiên vấn đề vẫn nằm ở chỗ Chelsea để thủng lưới quá nhiều trong các trận đấu giao hữu và Conte cần xác định rõ xem liệu điều đó có xuất phát từ lỗi hệ thống chiến thuật hay không.

Klopp và nhiệm vụ cân bằng tuyến giữa

Trong tay HLV Jurgen Klopp lúc này là cả rổ những tiền vệ tấn công tài năng. Từ các trụ cột như Coutinho, Firmino, Lallana cho đến những tân binh Sadio Mane và Gini Wijnaldum. Theo chiều ngược lại, ông lại không có một tiền vệ phòng ngự đúng nghĩa nào, khi mà Lucas Leiva dường như sẽ phải ra đi. Jordan Henderson, James Milner hay Emre Can đều là những mẫu tiền vệ con thoi. Ngay cả tân binh Marko Grujic với thể hình khá mỏng cũng thích hợp hơn với vai trò số 8.

Hàng tiền vệ là vấn đề đau đầu với Klopp

Tại Borussia Dortmund, Klopp cũng luôn cần sự xuất hiện của những tiền vệ phòng ngự như Sebastian Kehl hay Sven Bender bên cạnh các “đạo diễn” như Gundogan hay Nuri Sahin. Dường như chắc chắn Liverpool sẽ không bổ sung một tiền vệ phòng ngự nào từ nay cho đến hết kỳ chuyển nhượng hè 2016, vì thế mà Jurgen Klopp sẽ cần phải tìm sự cân bằng từ những tiền vệ thiên về tấn công mà ông đang có trước ngày khai mạc Premier League 2016/17.
