Thiago Alcantara trở lại: “Chất keo” kết dính Alonso và Schweinsteiger

Sự trở lại của Thiago Alcantara đang được người hâm mộ Hùm xám kỳ vọng sẽ trở thành yếu tố kết dính giữa Xabi Alonso và Bastian Schweinsteiger trên hàng tiền vệ Bayern Munich.

Thất bại đầy bất ngờ với tỷ số 0-2 trước Gladbach ở vòng 26 Bundesliga trên thực tế không hề ảnh hưởng gì đến tham vọng bảo vệ ngôi vô địch của Hùm xám. Cần phải nhấn mạnh rằng, khoảng cách 10 điểm so với đội bám đuổi Wolfsburg vẫn được xem là một cách biệt hết sức an toàn dành cho thầy HLV Pep Guardiola. Mặc dù vậy, cú sảy chân cách đây ít ngày cũng được xem là “lời cảnh tỉnh” xứng đáng đối với Bayern Munich, qua đó giúp đội bóng xứ Bavaria tự nhìn nhận ra những điểm yếu của chính mình để nhanh chóng cải thiện và chuẩn bị cho giai đoạn tiếp theo trong mùa giải 2014/2015.

Dễ dàng nhận thấy rằng, lối chơi của nhà ĐKVĐ nước Đức đang gặp phải không ít vấn đề nan giải kể từ khi bộ đôi “siêu tiền vệ” Alonso và Schweinsteiger cùng nhau thi đấu ở khu vực trung tuyến. Trước trận thua Gladbach, lần gần đây nhất Bayern rơi vào tình cảnh “tịt ngòi” chính là ở cuộc đối đầu gặp Shakhtar Donetsk tại lượt đi vòng 1/8 Champions League (hòa 0-0). Đáng chú ý, cả Alonso lẫn Schweinsteiger cũng ra sân ngay từ đội hình xuất phát ở trận đấu này. Rõ ràng, xét trên một phương diện tổng thể, đây không phải sự trùng hợp vô tình. Mà đơn giản bởi vì Pep vẫn chưa thể tìm ra phương án gắn kết hai tiền vệ trung tâm hàng đầu thế giới.

Thực tế, cho thấy, cả Alonso lẫn Schweinsteiger tuy khác nhau về phong cách thi đấu nhưng đều là mẫu tiền vệ ưa kiểm soát bóng, giữ vai trò phân phối, trực tiếp dẫn dắt và điều tiết lối chơi. So với Schweinsteiger, cựu ngôi sao Real Madrid có xu hướng đá thấp hơn, gần như một “mỏ neo” ngay sát với hàng phòng ngự. Thế nhưng, vấn đề là Alonso chỉ có thể phát huy hiệu quả khi các mắt xích phía trước anh chịu khó di chuyển linh hoạt và tận dụng triệt để các khoảng trống bên phần sân đối phương. Nói chính xác hơn nữa thì cầu thủ người Tây Ban Nha sẽ phối hợp ăn ý nhất với mẫu tiền vệ theo kiểu “con thoi”, hoạt động linh hoạt xung quanh mình. Mặc dù vậy, bản thân Schweinsteiger lại không phải một “số 8” có lối chơi tương tự như trên. Thay vào đó, cầu thủ người Đức cũng là mẫu tiền vệ thiên về tổ chức nhưng có phần dựa vào nền tảng sức mạnh thể lực và khả năng tranh chấp nhiều hơn.

Vô hình chung, điều này cũng khiến cho hai ngôi sao của Hùm xám thường xuyên rơi vào tình trạng “giẫm chân nhau” còn hàng tiền vệ Bayern thì không thể vận hành một cách hiệu quả nhất. Trong bối cảnh trên, giới chuyên môn cũng đang kỳ vọng rằng sự trở lại của “nhân tố X” Thiago Alcantara sẽ trở thành “chất keo” cần thiết kết dính Alonso và Schweinsteiger với nhau, qua đó cải thiện sức mạnh tuyến giữa của đội bóng xứ Bavaria. Từng được xem là tương lai của Hùm xám nhưng những chấn thương liên miên kể từ ngày cập bến sân Allianz Arena đã phần nào khiến tương lai của Thiago trở nên mờ nhạt hơn bao giờ hết. Mặc dù vậy, bỏ lại sau lưng tất cả những điều không may trong quá khứ, có lẽ bây giờ chính là thời điểm để ngôi sao người Tây Ban Nha đáp lại niềm tin của các CĐV đội bóng xứ Bavaria.

Đánh giá một cách tổng quan, Thiago là mẫu tiền vệ cực kỳ toàn diện, thậm chí còn hơn cả Alonso và Schweinsteiger. Không chỉ sở hữu khả năng chuyền bóng “siêu hạng” giúp anh từng được so sánh như một “Xavi mới”, cựu cầu thủ Barca còn mang trong những phẩm chất kỹ thuật cá nhân khéo léo cũng như tốc độ hết sức đáng nể. Mặc dù có thừa khả năng để đảm nhiệm vai trò “số 10” nhưng khá thú vị là Thiago lại thích chơi như một tiền vệ hoạt động theo kiểu dẫn dắt lùi sâu, có xu hướng di chuyển ngang sân và bao quát khu vực trung tuyến thay vì dâng cao áp sát khung thành đối phương. Đồng nghĩa rằng, trong trường hợp HLV Pep Guardiola chấp nhận sử dụng bộ ba Thiago, Alonso và Schweinsteiger đá chính trên hàng tiền vệ Bayern, ngôi sao người Tây Ban Nha sẽ trở thành “mắt xích” trung chuyển giữa hai cái tên còn lại.

Khi đó, Schweinsteiger cũng được đẩy lên đá cao hơn hẳn, trong vai trò của một hộ công thuần túy. Về phần Alonso, cựu cầu thủ Real đương nhiên sẽ không phải quá lo lắng về việc bị người khác “giẫm chân” bởi Thiago vốn dĩ cũng là mẫu tiền vệ cơ động, luôn sẵn sàng di chuyển để tận dụng các khoảng không gian trống khi cần thiết, khác hẳn với “phong cách Đức” điển hình của Schweinsteiger. Mặt khác, việc tung ra sân cùng lúc ba tiền vệ tổ chức sẽ giúp Bayern dễ dàng kiểm soát thế chủ động đồng thời xây dựng được một hệ thống pressing ổn định về phía đối phương.
