VCK U23 châu Á 2016: U23 Việt Nam quyết gây bất ngờ bằng lối chơi biến ảo

U23 Việt Nam đã chính thức hội quân để chuẩn bị cho VCK U23 châu Á 2016. Vì bị đánh giá là một trong những đội bóng yếu nhất nên thầy trò HLV Miura cần tìm ra lối chơi phù hợp và hiệu quả nhất để tránh bị coi là “lót đường”.

U23 Australia, U23 UAE và U23 Jordan cũng như các đội tham dự VCK U23 châu Á 2016 những đội bóng đá hàng đầu châu lục. U23 Việt Nam không chỉ là tân binh mà còn bị coi là một trong những đội bóng yếu nhất giải. Công bằng mà nói, việc thầy trò HLV Miura lần đầu vượt qua vòng loại đã là một niềm tự hào lớn, không nhiều người kỳ vọng đội bóng áo đỏ sẽ làm nên một điều gì đó tại giải. Thậm chí với nhiều CĐV thực tế thì việc chúng ta giành được dù chỉ 1 điểm ở VCK U23 châu Á 2016 cũng là thành công. Thế nhưng trái bóng tròn không thể đoán trước điều gì. Nhất là khi Olympic Việt Nam của HLV Miura đã từng gây địa chấn tại Asiad 2014. Vì thế U23 Việt Nam trong tâm thế thoải mái, không có gì để mất hoàn toàn có thể tạo nên những bất ngờ.

Ngay trong buổi tập đầu tiên vào sáng nay 2/12, HLV Miura đã đặt ra mục tiêu lọt vào tứ kết cho U23 Việt Nam. Để thực hiện được mục tiêu tham vọng đó thì đội bóng áo đỏ phải có sự chuẩn bị thật kỹ trong đợt tập trung này. Một trong những điều NHM tò mò nhất là liệu HLV Miura sẽ sử dụng những cầu thủ nào và U23 Việt Nam sẽ chơi như thế nào trước các đối thủ vượt trội. Phòng ngự phản công là điều ai cũng có thể đoán ra nhưng vận hành như thế nào, con người nào thì vẫn nằm trong vòng bí ẩn. Nhất là việc chiến lược gia người Nhật triệu tập rất nhiều cầu thủ mới, cầu thủ HAGL trong đợt tập trung này cũng khiến các CĐV thêm háo hức. Công bằng mà nói với thành phần của U23 Việt Nam hiện nay, với đa số là những cầu thủ được đào tạo bài bản thì nếu tìm được lối chơi phù hợp thì chúng ta hoàn toàn có thể mơ làm nên một điều gì đó tại VCK U23 châu Á 2016.

Trước khi tìm ra 11 cái tên tốt nhất thì phải điểm qua những trụ cột của U23 Việt Nam, những cầu thủ chắc suất trong đội hình chính. Trong khu gỗ, thủ môn Minh Long gần như sẽ không có đối thủ nếu hoàn toàn bình phục chấn thương. Ở hàng thủ sau khi Ngọc Hải vắng mặt thì Tiến Dũng và Thanh Hiền cũng chắc suất. Trên hàng tiền vệ 3 cầu thủ Duy Mạnh, Huy Toàn, Ngọc Thắng nếu không chấn thương chắc chắn sẽ là những niềm hy vọng của đội bóng áo đỏ. Trong khi đó trên hàng công thì chỉ có một mình Công Phượng là chắc suất đá chính. Thậm chí chân sút của HAGL gần như là mũi nhọn duy nhất của U23 Việt Nam tại VCK U23 châu Á 2016 sắp tới. Bởi trước các đối thủ mạnh, vượt trội về mọi mặt thì phương án sử dụng 1 tiền đạo là an toàn hơn cả. Dựa vào bộ khung kể trên thì có thể dự đoán ra 2 đội hình khả dĩ nhất của HLV Miura vào lúc này.

Đầu tiên sẽ là sơ đồ chiến thuật 4-5-1 tương đối quen thuộc và được đánh giá là phù hợp nhất với bóng đá Việt Nam. Công Phượng sẽ chơi cao nhất trên hàng công. 2 cánh sẽ là những cầu thủ giàu tốc độ của SHB Đà Nẵng là Huy Toàn và Ngọc Thắng. Ưu điểm trong lối chơi này là có thể sử dụng tối đa khả năng của Tuấn Anh ở tuyến giữa để phân phối bóng cũng như tấn công. Khi cần thì tiền vệ của HAGL có thể đá gần Công Phượng như là hộ công. Trong khi đó Huy Toàn và Ngọc Thắng lên tấn công nhưng vẫn có thể lùi về kịp thời để tham gia phòng ngự từ xa.

Đặc biệt Duy Mạnh và Đông Triều sẽ là cặp tiền vệ trung tâm đem đến sự an toàn cao đúng như yêu cầu thủ của HLV Miura. Thực tế thì chiến lược gia người Nhật gọi Đông Triều lên U23 Việt Nam lần này là hy vọng anh sẽ trở thành “máy quét” ở khu vực giữa sân chứ không phải đá trung vệ như tại HAGL. Trong khi đó Trọng Đại với khả năng thi đấu thông minh và ăn ý với Tiến Dũng được đánh giá cao hơn Hoàng Lâm, Duy Khánh để đá cặp với Tiến Dũng. Ở vị trí hậu vệ cánh trái, dù ít kinh nghiệm hơn Mạnh Hùng nhưng lối chơi an toàn của hậu vệ Hà Nội T&T Nguyễn Văn Dũng rõ ràng sẽ phù hợp hơn với thế trận phòng ngự.

Một lối chơi khác mà rất nhiều NHM muốn HLV Miura tái hiện ở U23 Việt Nam là cách đá 3-6-1 đầy biến ảo. Đây là chiến thuật đã giúp Olympic Việt Nam tạo nên tiếng vang lớn ở Asiad 2014 trước các đối thủ mạnh. Trong cách chơi này cần có 3 trung vệ to cao, bọc lót cho nhau tốt. Thực tế là HLV Miura đã chuẩn bị Hoàng Lâm, Duy Khánh và Tiến Dũng cho phương án này. Sự có mặt của 2 trung vệ to cao Duy Khánh và Hoàng Lâm giúp cho U23 Việt Nam lấp đi điểm yếu lớn nhất là chống bóng bổng. Trong khi đó Thanh Hiền sẽ không còn là hậu vệ cánh đơn thuần mà phải lên xuống đều đặn, khi tấn công sẽ là tiền vệ, còn khi phòng ngự sẽ là hậu vệ. Ở cánh đối diện thì Hồng Duy sẽ là phương án tốt nhất cho U23 Việt Nam ở cánh trái. Không chỉ là những pha lên bóng tốc độ ở cánh trái mà cầu thủ HAGL từng chơi không tồi ở vị trí hậu vệ trái ở U19 Việt Nam trước kia.

Ở khu vực trung tâm sẽ có sự thay đổi không nhỏ khi Trọng Đại sẽ đá thay Đông Triều. Trong lối chơi 3-6-1 thay đổi liên tục thì cần có 2 tiền vệ trung tâm tương đối toàn diện để bao quát trận đấu. Duy Mạnh coi như đã chiếm một suất cứng, người còn lại phù hợp nhất chính là Trọng Đại. Thật ra ở Viettel thì Trọng Đại là một tiền vệ trung tâm cực kỳ thông minh và tổ chức bóng tốt. Cùng với khả năng đánh chặn từ xa thì Trọng Đại sẽ là con bài cực kỳ quan trọng của HLV Miura trong chiến dịch VCK U23 châu Á 2016. Trong lối chơi 6 tiền vệ thì Tuấn Anh và Huy Toàn sẽ được chơi cao hơn để hỗ trợ cho Công Phượng. Tuy nhiên họ vẫn sẽ phải lùi về để hỗ trợ việc bắt người từ phần sân đối phương. Ngay cả Công Phượng cũng sẽ di chuyển liên tục để kèm người hoặc tìm khoảng trống. Nếu vận hành nhuần nhuyễn lối chơi này thì những chiến tích như đánh bại Olympic Iran với tỷ số 4-1 như tại Asiad 2014 hoàn toàn có thể tái hiện trở lại.

Trên đây chỉ là hai trong trong số những chiến thuật phù hợp nhất cho U23 Việt Nam cũng như triết lý của HLV Miura trước các đối thủ vượt trội tại VCK U23 châu Á 2016. Chiến lược gia người Nhật hoàn toàn có thể thay đổi chiến thuật và lối chơi dựa vào tình hình lực lượng của đội nhà cũng như việc thích nghi với từng đối thủ.
