1. Sơ đồ chiến thuật trong bóng đá là gì?

Trong bóng đá, sơ đồ chiến thuật, sơ đồ đội hình hay đội hình mô tả vị trí các cầu thủ trong một đội nói chung trên sân. Vị trí của một cầu thủ trong đội hình thường xác định vai trò của cầu thủ đó trên sân, có thể là phòng thủ hay tấn công, chơi nghiêng về một phía sân (biên) hay ở giữa sân.

Việc lựa chọn đội hình thường do HLV trưởng của đội đưa ra, tùy thuộc việc cầu thủ nào sẵn sàng tham gia trận đấu. Một số đội hình được tạo ra để giải quyết sự thiếu hụt điểm yếu hoặc phát huy điểm mạnh của các loại cầu thủ khác nhau.

Trong những ngày đầu của bóng đá, hầu hết các cầu thủ trong đội sẽ chơi ở vai trò tấn công, trong khi đội hình hiện đại hầu như luôn có nhiều hậu vệ hơn là tiền đạo.

2. Cách gọi tên

Sau khi đội tuyển Anh bị loại tại World Cup 2010 trước đội tuyển Đức với tỷ số 4–2–3–1, huấn luyện viên đội tuyển quốc gia Anh Fabio Capello (người đã có thành công đáng chú ý với tỷ số 4–4–2 trước Milan vào những năm 1990) đã bị chỉ trích vì chơi một " ngày càng lỗi thời" với đội hình 4–4–2.

Sơ đồ 4-4-2 có một số biến thể, như 4-4-1-1, 4-4-2 kim cương (4-1-2-1-2) hay 4-1-3-2.

3.1.2. Sơ đồ 4-3-3

4–3–3 là sự phát triển của 4–2–4, và được đội tuyển quốc gia Brazil sử dụng tại World Cup 1962. Mặc dù 4–3–3 trước đó cũng đã được sử dụng bởi đội tuyển quốc gia Uruguay tại World Cup 1950 và 1954.

3.2. Sơ đồ ba hậu vệ

3.2.1. Sơ đồ 3-4-3

Sử dụng sơ đồ 3–4–3, các tiền vệ phải phân chia thời gian giữa tấn công và phòng thủ. Chỉ có ba hậu vệ chuyên trách có nghĩa là nếu đội đối phương đột phá khu vực giữa sân, họ sẽ có cơ hội ghi bàn nhiều hơn so với sơ đồ phòng ngự thông thường hơn, chẳng hạn như 4–5–1 hoặc 4–4–2.

Tuy nhiên, sơ đồ này cho phép ba tiền đạo tập trung tấn công nhiều hơn. Đội hình này được sử dụng bởi các đội thiên về tấn công hơn. 3.2.2. Sơ đồ 3-5-2

Đội hình này tương tự như 5–3–2, nhưng có một số thay đổi quan trọng: thường không có hậu vệ quét (hoặc libero) mà thay vào đó là 3 trung vệ cổ điển và hai hậu vệ cánh thiên về tấn công hơn. Do đó, tiền vệ trung tâm đá ở vị trí chính giữa có xu hướng lùi sâu hơn để giúp ngăn chặn các đợt phản công.
