Thắng thuyết phục AC Milan, Chelsea giành 3 điểm đầu tiên ở Champions League 2022/23

Với một thế trận vượt trội cùng khả năng tận dụng tốt những cơ hội, Chelsea đã giành chiến thắng 3-0 trước AC Milan. Với kết quả này, The Blues vượt qua chính đối thủ trên BXH ở bảng E Champions League 2022/23.

Chelsea bước vào trận tiếp AC Milan ở lượt trận thứ 3 bảng E Champions League 2022/23 với mục tiêu buộc phải giành 3 điểm, lý do là bởi họ được thi đấu trên sân Stamford Bridge và đang vô cùng khát điểm. Dù được đánh giá cao nhất bảng E nhưng The Blues chỉ giành 1 điểm sau 2 lượt trận đầu tiên. Họ gây thất vọng khi để thua 0-1 trước Dinamo Zagreb trên đất Croatia, sau đó hòa 1-1 trước Red Bull Salzburg trên sân nhà. Chelsea hiểu rằng nếu không thắng AC Milan ở lượt trận thứ 3, cơ hội vượt qua vòng bảng của họ sẽ bị đặt vào tình trạng báo động.

Đội bóng nước Anh có bước chạy đà thuận lợi khi đánh bại Crystal Palace ở Ngoại hạng Anh cuối tuần trước, đó là chiến thắng đầu tiên của Chelsea dưới thời Graham Potter. 3 điểm có được giúp The Blues vươn lên vị trí thứ 5 trên BXH, đồng thời lấy lại sự tự tin cần thiết sau chuỗi trận không tốt dưới thời Thomas Tuchel. Trong 4 lần gặp AC Milan gần nhất, Chelsea giành 3 chiến thắng. Điều này càng giúp đội chủ nhà tự tin vào 3 điểm trước đại diện của Italia.

Phát biểu trước trận đấu, ông Potter xác nhận thủ môn Mendy đã tập luyện trở lại bình thường, thế nhưng Kepa vẫn là người bắt chính trước AC Milan. Phía trước thủ thành người Tây Ban Nha là bộ ba trung vệ Thiago Silva, Wesley Fofana và Kalidou Koulibaly. Ở vị trí tiền vệ trung tâm, Mateo Kovacic chơi bên cạnh Ruben Loftus-Cheek. Ben Chilwell là cầu thủ được lựa chọn chơi ở vị trí chạy cánh trái, bên cánh đối diện là Reece James. Trên hàng công, Aubameyang tiếp tục được tin tưởng ở vị trí trung phong. Cầu thủ người Gabon đã có bàn thắng đầu tiên cho The Blues vào cuối tuần trước, anh được kỳ vọng sẽ tiếp tục ghi bàn vào lưới AC Milan. Chơi bên cạnh cầu thủ sinh năm 1989 trên hàng công của Chelsea là bộ đôi Raheem Sterling và Mason Mount. Trên băng ghế dự bị của Chelsea là vô vàn những cái tên chất lượng, có thể kể đến như Azpilicueta, Broja, Jorginho, Gallagher, Mendy, Zakaria, Havertz, Ziyech hay Marc Cucurella. 

Đội hình ra sân của Chelsea

Bên kia chiến tuyến, AC Milan thiếu vắng nhiều trụ cột vì chấn thương, bởi vậy rất nhiều cầu thủ dự bị của họ có mặt trong đội hình xuất phát. Cụ thể, thủ môn Tatarusanu được sử dụng ngay từ đầu trong sơ đồ 4-2-3-1. Ở vị trí trung vệ, Pierre Kalulu chơi bên cạnh Fikayo Tomori. Hai cánh là sự xuất hiện của Sergino Dest và Fode Ballo-Toure. Ở vị trí tiền vệ trung tâm, Bennacer và Tonali sát cánh bên nhau. Trên hàng công, Olivier Giroud chơi cao nhất trên hàng công.

Olivier Giroud không lạ gì Chelsea cả, tiền đạo người Pháp từng có quãng thời gian 4 năm khoác áo The Blues, ghi được 39 bàn thắng sau 119 trận đấu. Mùa hè năm ngoái, Giroud chia tay Chelsea và cập bến AC Milan. Mùa giải năm nay anh có 4 bàn và 1 kiến tạo ở Serie A. Chơi phía sau tiền đạo sinh năm 1986 là bộ ba Rafael Leao, De Ketelaere và Krunic. 

Đúng như dự đoán, Chelsea với lợi thế sân nhà đã chơi tấn công ngay từ đầu. Phút 7, đội bóng thành London có một pha lên bóng cực hay. Mateo Kovacic thực hiện đường chuyền để Aubameyang thoát xuống trước khi thực hiện tình huống tạo cơ hội cho Mason Mount, chỉ tiếc rằng cầu thủ người Anh đã không thể đánh bại thủ môn Tatarusanu của đội khách. Về phía AC Milan, họ không hề chơi phòng ngự tiêu cực. Đội bóng của Italia sẵn sàng tổ chức những tình huống lên bóng về phía khung thành đối phương khi có cơ hội. Một thế trận sôi nổi đang diễn ra trên sân Stamford Bridge. 

Tới phút 23, Chelsea có thêm một cơ hội rõ ràng nữa nhưng vẫn chưa thể có bàn thắng cho đội chủ nhà. Từ quả đá phạt trực tiếp của Mason Mount, bóng đến vị trí của Thiago Silva. Ngôi sao người Brazil thực hiện cú đánh đầu hiểm hóc nhưng thủ môn Tatarusanu đã xuất sắc cản phá. Sau đó từ quả đá phạt góc, đội chủ nhà đã có bàn thắng mở tỷ số. Phút 24, từ quả phạt góc, bóng được treo vào vòng cấm của AC Milan, từ một tình huống lộn xộn trung vệ Wesley Fofana đã nhanh chân sút tung lưới đội khách. Đây là bàn thắng đầu tiên của cầu thủ người Pháp cho Chelsea. 

Fofana mở tỷ số cho Chelsea

Bàn thắng mở tỷ số của Fofana khiến trận đấu hấp dẫn hơn rất nhiều. AC Milan bây giờ phải đẩy cao đội hình để tìm kiếm bàn thắng, trong khi đó Chelsea sẵn sàng thực hiện những đường lên bóng nhanh để tìm kiếm thêm bàn thắng. Phút 30, Raheem Sterling và James phối hợp ăn ý trước khi Mason Mount có cơ hội dứt điểm ngay trước vòng cấm đội khách, nhưng bóng đi trúng vị trí của Tomori. 2 phút sau đó Mason Mount ghi bàn sau tình huống phối hợp với Aubameyang, chỉ tiếc rằng cầu thủ người Anh đã rơi vào thế việt vị. 

Ngay trước khi hiệp 1 khép lại, Chelsea nhận tin buồn về mặt lực lượng khi trung vệ Fofana dính chấn thương và không thể tiếp tục thi đấu, anh nhường vị trí cho Trevoh Chalobah. 1-0 cũng là tỷ số cuối cùng trong hiệp 1. Với 1 bàn dẫn trước đội bóng thành London sẽ dễ đá hơn rất nhiều trong hiệp thi đấu thứ 2 do AC Milan sẽ phải chơi tấn công để tìm kiếm bàn thắng. 

Chelsea dẫn trước 1-0 sau 45 phút

Đúng như dự đoán, việc bị dẫn bàn buộc AC Milan phải chơi chủ động hơn trong hiệp 2. Và đây là cơ hội để Chelsea tìm kiếm thêm bàn thắng và họ đã làm được. Phút 57, James tạt bóng từ biên vào vòng cấm, Tomori phá bóng hụt tạo điều kiện cho Aubameyang dứt điểm cận thành nâng tỷ số lên 2-0 cho đội chủ nhà. Đây là trận đấu thứ 2 liên tiếp cầu thủ người Gabon ghi bàn cho The Blues. 

Tới phút 61, Chelsea có thêm một cơ hội rõ ràng nhưng Raheem Sterling không thể tận dụng. Theo đó, Reece James tạt bóng chuẩn xác để cầu thủ người Anh dứt điểm ở cự ly gần, nhưng bóng lại đi lên trời. Tuy nhiên, chỉ 1 phút sau đó Chelsea đã có bàn thứ 3. Sterling nhả bóng để Reece James dứt điểm cận thành tung nóc lưới đội khách nâng tỷ số lên 3-0, có thể khẳng định 3 điểm gần như đã thuộc về đội chủ nhà.

Chelsea đánh bại AC Milan 3-0

Trong thời gian còn lại của trận đấu, Chelsea đã chủ động chơi chắc chắn, điều đó khiến AC Milan không có nhiều cơ hội để tìm kiếm bàn thắng. Chung cuộc The Blues giành chiến thắng 3-0. Đây là 3 điểm đầu tiên của đội bóng nước Anh ở vòng bảng Champions League mùa này. Với chiến thắng này, Chelsea vượt qua chính AC Milan để chiếm lấy vị trí thứ 2 trên BXH, 2 đội cùng có 4 điểm nhưng The Blues xếp trên vì hơn chỉ số phụ.
