3 điểm yếu cần cải thiện của U23 Việt Nam sau trận hòa U23 Jordan

U23 Việt Nam muốn thắng để tự quyết tấm vé vào tứ kết nhưng U23 Việt Nam lại không thể giành trọn vẹn 3 điểm ở trận đấu này. Đâu là điểm yếu cần cải thiện của U23 Việt Nam sau trận hòa đáng thất vọng của trước U23 Jordan?
Sơ đồ thi đấu

Khởi đầu trận đấu, HLV Park đưa U23 Việt Nam quay trở lại với sơ đồ quen thuộc 3-4-3 với ý đồ rõ ràng giành 3 điểm. So với trận đấu mở màn, Tấn Tài quay trở lại chạy cánh phải sau khi hết án treo giò, trong khi Việt Anh được bố trí đá trung vệ lệch phải, Thành Chung đá trung vệ giữa, Ngọc Bảo và Thanh Thịnh vẫn được tin tưởng ở vị trí trung vệ lệch trái và chạy cánh trái.

Ở tuyến giữa, HLV người Hàn Quốc lần đầu kết hợp bộ đôi Thanh Sơn – Đức Chiến sắm vai cặp tiền vệ trung tâm. Trên hàng công, Hoàng Đức – Tiến Linh – Quang Hải thường xuyên đảo vị trí cho nhau trong sơ đồ 3 tiền đạo này. Khi không có bóng, Quang Hải và Hoàng Đức sẽ thường xuyên lui về hỗ trợ để toàn hệ thống 5-4-1 thiên về phòng ngự nhiều hơn.

Bước vào trận đấu, U23 Việt Nam không giấu ý đồ đánh phủ đầu nhằm có được lợi thế sớm khi tràn lên tấn công và gây sức ép cực lớn đối với đối thủ đến từ Tây Á. Chỉ trong khoảng 5 phút thi đấu đầu tiên, U23 Việt Nam liên tục cầm bóng và vây hãm khung thành của U23 Jordan trong nhiều tình huống. Sau đó, U23 Việt Nam vẫn là đội cầm bóng nhiều hơn nhưng lại không thể tìm thấy bàn thắng trong suốt 90 phút thi đấu chính thức.

Cự ly đội hình không tốt

Việc duy trì cự ly đội hình không thực sự tốt trong suốt trận đấu không chỉ khiến các cầu thủ U23 Việt Nam phải liên tục để lộ ra những khoảng trống tạo điều kiện U23 Jordan có cơ hội khai thác nhiều lần mà còn làm các tình huống lên bóng của U23 Việt Nam trở nên thiếu ý tưởng do thiếu nhân sự hỗ trợ.

Về mặt phòng thủ, U23 Việt Nam nhiều lần để lộ ra các khoảng trống "chết người" giữa sân. Chẳng vậy mà, ngay trong hiệp 1, HLV Park đã buộc phải tung Đình Trọng vào cứu nguy nhằm chỉnh đốn hàng phòng ngự.

Ngay phút thứ 4, việc Đức Chiến “bỏ quên” cầu thủ số 17 của U23 Jordan ở giữa sân khiến Thanh Thịnh phải dâng lên hỗ trợ, qua đó bỏ lại khoảng trống rất lớn sau lưng. Chỉ một động tác lắc người của cầu thủ này đã bỏ lại cả Đức Chiến và Thanh Thịnh, đồng thời xẻ bóng ra khoảng trống ở cánh trái mà Thanh Thịnh bỏ lại để dẫn đến tình huống uy hiếp cầu môn U23 Việt Nam. Nếu thủ thành Tiến Dũng không thi đấu xuất sắc thì có lẽ U23 Việt Nam đã phải nhận bàn thua.

Bên cạnh đó, việc không thể duy trì cự ly đội hình tốt cũng khiến các pha bóng tấn công của U23 Việt Nam gần như bế tắc, đặc biệt ở hai cánh của Tấn Tài và Thanh Thịnh. Các tình huống tổ chức lên bóng, phản công, khối đội hình của U23 Việt Nam không kịp di chuyển, khiến các pha bóng thiếu tính đột biến, bất ngờ.

Điển hình cho những pha bóng như thế là tình huống phản công của U23 Việt Nam ở phút thi đấu 80. Trong một tình huống lên bóng, Đức Chinh nhận bóng ở trung lộ nhưng việc cầu thủ chạy cánh Tấn Tài không kịp tham gia vào pha bóng đó khiến tiền đạo của SHB Đà Nẵng phải tung cú sút chơi vơi và cầu mong vào may mắn. Ngoài ra, còn nhiều tình huống khác mà các cầu thủ tuyến trên phải rơi vào bế tắc khi không có thêm đồng đội dâng lên hỗ trợ.

Hàng tiền vệ lép vế

Điểm yếu thứ hai mà các cầu thủ U23 Việt Nam đã bộc lộ nằm ở trung tuyến. Rõ ràng cặp tiền vệ Thanh Sơn và Đức Chiến đã không thể làm hài lòng ông thầy người Hàn Quốc.

Bộ đôi tiền vệ trung tâm được thầy Park tin tưởng hoàn toàn lép vế trước những người đồng nghiệp ở bên kia chiến tuyến. Nhiều lần cả hai cầu thủ này đứng sai vị trí và để lộ ra nhiều khoảng trống tạo điều kiện cho U23 Jordan khai thác. Tiêu biểu như tình huống ngay ở phút thứ 4 đã được phân tích ở trên.

Hay ở phút thi đấu thứ 29, Đức Chiến không cùng các đồng đội dâng lên thực hiện pha pressing, tạo ra khoảng trống để cầu thủ số 4 bên phía Jordan có đủ thời gian và không gian xử lý cũng như thực hiện đường chuyền cho số 19 tung cú sút nguy hiểm trước khu vực 16m50.

Ở khả năng thu hồi bóng, bộ đôi này cũng cho thấy sự hạn chế. Trong 45 phút đầu tiên được thi đấu cùng nhau, cả hai chỉ có 6 tình huống thành công trong các pha tranh chấp và đoạt lại được bóng từ U23 Jordan. Con số này chỉ bằng một nửa so với số lần bộ đôi tiền vệ trung tâm của U23 Jordan làm được (13 lần).

Trong khâu phát triển bóng, trước sự pressing rất lớn từ các cầu thủ Jordan, hàng tiền vệ của U23 Việt Nam cũng không thể phát huy được hiệu quả khi liên tục bị vây ráp đồng thời gần như hiếm khi thoát được cái bẫy pressing của U23 Jordan, ngoại trừ cầu thủ có tố chất kỹ thuật thượng thừa như Quang Hải. Trước sự áp sát liên tục của các khối phòng ngự bên phía Jordan, những Đức Chiến, Thanh Sơn hay Hoàng Đức gần như bất lực, khiến cho các pha bóng của U23 Việt Nam mau chóng rơi vào bế tắc.

Chẳng vậy mà, trong hiệp 1, Quang Hải phải thường xuyên lùi sâu tham gia vào các tình huống triển khai bóng nhằm thoát thế trận pressing của Jordan. Bước sang hiệp 2, HLV Park cũng đã rút Thanh Sơn va thay vào đó một cầu thủ nhanh nhẹn hơn trên hàng công là Đức Chinh. Kể từ đó, Quang Hải cũng được kéo về tuyến giữa để tham gia nhiều hơn vào các tình huống tổ chức. Tuy nhiên, chỉ mình Quang Hải là không đủ để có thể đối đầu với hàng tiền vệ thi đấu quyết liệt bên phía U23 Jordan.

Hàng tấn công thiếu sắc bén

Việc không thể giành chiến thắng trước U23 Jordan cũng xuất phát từ việc hàng công của U23 Việt Nam thiếu sắc bén trong các tình huống dứt điểm. Theo con số thống kê của AFC, U23 Việt Nam tung ra số cú sút chẳng kém U23 Jordan là mấy (11 pha dứt điểm so với 13 lần của U23 Jordan). Tuy nhiên, tỉ lệ số pha dứt diểm đi trúng đích chỉ là 18% (tức 2 lần trúng đích), trong khi chỉ số đó ở U23 Jordan là xấp xỉ 30% (tức 4 lần bóng đi trúng đích).

Tuy nhiên, điều đáng chú ý hơn nữa là, trong đó chỉ có 2 pha dứt điểm được thực hiện trong vòng cấm của U23 Jordan, 9 cú sút còn lại đều từ ngoài vòng 16m50. Điều này chứng tỏ U23 Việt Nam gần như không có phương án để đưa bóng xâm nhập vào khu vực cấm địa của Jordan.

Ngay cả khi có được cơ hội thì tiền đạo của chúng ta lại không thể đưa bóng đi vào lưới. Trong số 2 pha dứt điểm trong vòng cấm thì 1 của Đức Chinh ở phút 57, 1 thuộc về Tiến Linh ở phút thi đấu 83. Đặc biệt, ở cú dứt điểm của Tiến Linh, cầu thủ này đã gần như đối mặt với thủ thành Abdallah Al-Fakhouri sau đường chuyền thuận lợi của Quang Hải, nhưng bước xử lý sau đó khiến cơ hội trôi qua.

Nhìn vào cách đá, lối chơi và sơ đồ của U23 Jordan, đây rõ ràng là một bản phiên bản khác của U23 Việt Nam. Nhưng tiếc rằng, đại diện Tây Á lại là phiên bản nâng cấp hơn. Chắc chắn ở trận đấu sắp tới, các học trò của HLV Park Hang Seo sẽ phải cải thiện 3 điểm yếu trên nếu muốn giành chiến thắng trước U23 Triều Tiên, trước khi nghĩ về tấm vé tứ kết.
