Ý đồ phòng ngự và chờ thời cơ

Tại trận đấu với U23 UAE, mặc dù phát biểu trước trận đầy tự tin, nhưng HLV Park Hang Seo vẫn cho thấy sự thận trọng cũng như những tính toán của mình cho 3 trận đấu vòng bảng. Ý thức được sức mạnh của U23 UAE, HLV người Hàn Quốc đã chú trọng đến khâu phòng ngự, duy trì sức ép và khối phòng ngự ở tầm trung cũng như thi đấu chắc chắn chờ đợi thời cơ phản công.

Ở vị trí thủ môn, HLV Park đã chọn Tiến Dũng thay vì Văn Toản như nhiều dự đoán. Về cơ bản, tân binh của CLB TP.HCM đã thể hiện tốt. Các tuyến trên vẫn được HLV người Hàn Quốc bố trí theo sơ đồ 3-5-2 thường hay sử dụng gần đây. Nhưng đã có một chút biến đổi nhằm phù hợp hơn với nhiệm vụ phòng ngự khi không có bóng.

Cụ thể, chính xác sơ đồ được sử dụng là 5-4-1 khi không có bóng. Ở tuyến dưới là bộ ba Thành Chung (trung vệ giữa), Tấn Sinh (trung vệ lệch phải) và Ngọc Bảo (trung vệ lệch trái). Hai cầu thủ chạy cánh là Thanh Thịnh cánh trái) và cái tên mới Bùi Hoàng Việt Anh (cánh phải).

Tại tuyến giữa, Hoàng Đức và Đức Chiến được bố trí đá thấp ở cặp tiền vệ trung tâm. Trong khi đó, Quang Hải (phải) và Đức Chinh (trái) được sắp xếp đá cơ động hai bên cánh nhằm hỗ trợ cặp tiền vệ trung tâm thu hồi bóng, từ đó hình thành hàng tiền vệ 4 người. Chủ trương của U23 Việt Nam là tập trung phòng ngự, thực hiện pressing tầm trung nhằm hạn chế không gian chơi bóng của đối thủ. 2 hậu vệ cánh (Thanh Thịnh hoặc Việt Anh) thường xuyên dâng lên gây áp lực một cách hợp lý đồng thời nhóm tiền vệ trung tâm (Hoàng Đức vs Đức Chiến) kết hợp với 1 tiền đạo cánh (Quang Hải hoặc Đức Chinh) cùng trung phong Tiến Linh tạo khối tứ giác vây hãm các tình huống lên bóng của U23 UAE.

Tuy nhiên, như đã phân tích ở các bài viết trước, U23 UAE là đối thủ thoát pressing cực tốt nên các tình huống gây áp lực kiểu như vậy của U23 Việt Nam mà đã phát huy hiệu quả rất tốt ở SEA Games 30 gần như vô hại trong trận đấu này.

 

HLV Skorza cũng bố trí hàng tiền vệ tương đối dày ở giữa sân khiến các tình huống tranh chấp ở khu vực này trở nên nóng hơn. Cần phải thừa nhận U23 UAE (sơ đồ 4-5-1) gần như áp đảo tuyến tiền vệ của U23 Việt Nam, khiến cho tuyến giữa của U23 Việt Nam phải thi đấu rộng để tìm kiếm bóng, đồng thời kéo dãn tuyến giữa của U23 UAE. Nếu nhìn vào biểu đồ nhiệt của hai đội có thể thấy sự áp đảo của U23 UAE ở khu vực giữa sân là như thế nào.

Cộng thêm sự vượt trội về mặt thể hình và thể lực, các tiền vệ của U23 UAE thường xuyên khiến các khối vây ráp của U23 Việt Nam không thể phát huy hiệu quả.

Ở phút 40, từ một tình huống thoát được pha pressing của U23 Việt Nam, các cầu thủ U23 UAE đã tạo ra một tình huống sóng gió về phía khung thành Bùi Tiến Dũng. Trong tình huống này có đến 4 cái bóng áo đỏ ở khu vực cầu thủ của U23 UAE. Đức Chiến, Việt Anh đã dâng lên áp sát nhưng Hoàng Đức không kịp lùi về bọc lót sau lưng Đức Chinh nên đối thủ đã phá được ý đồ pressing của U23 Việt Nam. Đó chỉ là một trong số những tình huống chỉ ra rằng trận vừa rồi, lưới pressing của U23 Việt Nam hoat động không đủ tốt.

Nếu U23 Việt Nam có thể giành được bóng, thì đối phương sẵn sàng lao vào các cuộc tranh chấp gần như ngay lập tức nhằm đoạt lại được bóng, không cho các cầu thủ có đủ thời gian suy nghĩ phương án tiếp theo.

Theo các con số thống kê, U23 UAE nắm tỉ lệ kiểm soát bóng gần gấp đôi so với U23 Việt Nam (64.3% so với chỉ 35.7 % của U23 Việt Nam). Số đường chuyền của U23 UAE cũng gấp đôi so với U23 Việt Nam (514 so với 281). Nếu U23 UAE dứt điểm tốt hơn, HLV Park Hang Seo và các học trò đã có thể phải rời sân trong tình trạng trắng tay.

Hàng tấn công thiếu hiệu quả

Việc chỉ có được 1 điểm cũng một phần do hàng công của U23 Việt Nam không có được sự hiệu quả, sáng tạo cần thiết để tổ chức những đường bóng sắc nét về phía khung thành của thủ môn Al Shamshi.

Hai cầu thủ chạy cánh Thanh Thịnh và Việt Anh chỉ thi đấu ở mức tròn vai, không thể đóng góp quá nhiều trong khâu tấn công. Đặc biệt, vị trí chạy cánh phải của Việt Anh thường xuyên bị các cầu thủ UAE khoét vào. Trong cách vận hành lối chơi của HLV Park Hang Seo, nhất là ở sơ đồ 3 trung vệ thì thì hai vị trí chạy cánh là cực kỳ quan trọng. Tuy nhiên, trận vừa rồi, cánh phải của U23 Việt Nam gần như tê liệt xét trên khía cạnh tấn công. Theo thống kê của AFC, hầu hết các tình huống dứt điểm của U23 Việt Nam đều xuất phát từ khu vực trung lộ hoặc cánh trái.

Bên cạnh đó, Quang Hải và tuyến tiền vệ cũng không thể tạo ra được sự đột biến trong các tình huống lên bóng, cũng như tổ chức phản công. Trong suốt 90 phút thi đấu, chỉ có 3 tình huống đi bóng thành công được tạo ra trên phần sân của U23 UAE. Hầu hết các tình huống chuyền bóng thành công của tuyến tiền vệ U23 Việt Nam đều là các đường chuyền ngang hoặc trả ngược bóng về tuyến dưới.

Đơn cử như Quang Hải, cầu thủ được đánh giá là có kỹ thuật và sáng tạo nhất U23 Việt Nam cũng chỉ thực hiện được 5 đường chuyền ở khu vực 1/3 phần sân đối phương. Trong đó, có tới 2 tình huống xuất phát từ các đường phạt góc. Các cầu thủ khác ở tuyến tiền vệ của U23 Việt Nam chỉ đạt ở con số tương đương như vậy. Trong đó, tuyền tiền vệ của U23 UAE hoàn toàn khác. Chẳng hạn riêng cầu thủ số 6 của U23 UAE Majed Surour có không dưới 10 lần thực hiện các đường chuyền bên phần sân Việt Nam

Bên cạnh đó, chất lượng của các cú dứt điểm đến từ U23 Việt Nam cũng khá thấp (chỉ 2/9 trúng đích). Nếu đánh giá khách quan thế trận mà các cầu thủ U23 UAE đã tạo ra trước các học trò của HLV Park Hang Seo thì NHM U23 Việt Nam nên cảm thấy hài lòng với kết quả có được.

Ở trận đấu tới với U23 Jordan, các cầu thủ của U23 Việt Nam chắc chắn sẽ cần phải thể hiện tốt hơn nữa trước đối thủ được đánh giá có cùng đẳng cấp. Trận đấu sẽ diễn ra vào lúc 20h15 ngày hôm nay 13/1.
