Chiến thuật nào cho Barcelona ở El Clasico 263?

Dù Messi đã có nỗ lực phi thường để tham dự trận cầu El Clasico, Barcelona vẫn cần phải chuẩn bị sẵn những phương án khi không có anh. Trong trường hợp đó, sơ đồ 4-3-3 quen thuộc không còn là tối ưu cho cuộc đọ sức với Real Madrid.


Rất nhiều điều tích cực đã tới với Barcelona sau đợt tập trung ĐTQG tháng 11 này. Các cầu thủ của họ không ai dính “virus FIFA” kể cả Sergio Busquets khi dù gặp vấn đề với gân kheo khi lên ĐT Tây Ban Nha song rốt cục chỉ ở mức độ rất nhẹ. Trong khi đó, ngôi sao Lionel Messi cũng bất ngờ hồi phục chấn thương đầu gối nhanh hơn hẳn dự kiến, trở lại tập luyện bình thường và còn vượt qua các bài kiểm tra thể lực để sẵn sàng dự trận cầu El Clasico.
Đây là điều vô cùng đáng mừng với các CĐV Barca bởi cuộc đọ sức quan trọng bậc nhất mùa giải rất cần tới những cầu thủ đẳng cấp thế giới.

Messi không ra sân từ đầu khiến chiến thuật Barca phải thay đổi

Nhưng vấn đề nằm ở chỗ sau khi đã rời xa sân cỏ hai tháng, ngôi sao Messi cần thời gian thích nghi trở lại và sẽ rất nguy hiểm nếu như bắt anh đá chính ở một cuộc đấu có cường độ cao như Siêu kinh điển. Ngoài việc có thể tái phát chấn thương bất cứ lúc nào, quan trọng nhất là El Pulga chưa chắc đã tìm lại được cảm giác bóng tốt nhất. Giải pháp hợp lý là Messi sẽ khởi đầu trận đấu với kình địch Real trên băng ghế dự bị và trở thành mối đe dọa vào giai đoạn cuối.

Điều đó đồng nghĩa với việc Barca cần phải thay đổi chiến thuật để phù hợp hơn với hoàn cảnh. Sơ đồ 4-3-3 quen thuộc giờ không còn tối ưu nữa khi những cầu thủ trẻ như Munir El Haddadi hay Sandro Ramirez thấy rõ là “chưa đủ tuổi” đá Siêu kinh điển. Barca cần một đội hình gồm toàn bộ những cầu thủ chất lượng và đáng tin cậy nhất do đó sơ đồ cũng như tổng thể lối chơi cần phải được điều chỉnh.

Với “song sát” Neymar vs Suarez trên hàng công Barca cộng với việc không có mũi công thứ ba nào đủ tầm, hệ thống hai tiền đạo dường như là lý tưởng nhất. Ngay từ bây giờ, Barca có lẽ đã tập luyện trước cách vận hành một trong những sơ đồ 3-5-2, 4-4-2, 5-3-2… Do đặc thù thích tấn công của Blaugrana, 3-5-2 sẽ được loại trừ và dưới đây là những phân tích về hai hệ thống còn lại.

Khi bàn luận về đội hình chiến thuật, những yếu tố cơ bản nhất là ưu, nhược điểm và cách khai thác nó. Sơ đồ 3-5-2 với tuyến giữa gồm hai đánh chặn, hai đá cánh và một tiền vệ tấn công sẽ có ưu điểm là phòng ngự rất chặt chẽ và là sự lựa chọn thường xuyên của những đội dưới cơ. Khi cần, hai cầu thủ chạy cánh sẽ lùi về và tạo thành hàng thủ 5 người. Với khoảng cách san sát giữa các thành viên, khoảng trống sẽ được giảm thiểu tối đa trong khi các đợt tấn công của đối phương trong ngoài vòng cấm có thể lâm vào bế tắc bất cứ lúc nào.

Hàng thủ Barca cần được tăng cường để đối phó với Real

Nhược điểm lớn nhất của 3-5-2 là thiếu độ rộng trong những đợt tấn công, điều mà Juventus - đội “ăn ngủ” cùng nó trong suốt vài mùa bóng gần đây là những người rõ nhất. Nếu phần sân bên kia sở hữu những mũi công biên chất lượng, nguy cơ hở sườn sẽ là rất lớn bởi mỗi cánh chỉ có duy nhất một người đảm nhận. Ngoài ra, nếu hai cầu thủ bám biên bận phòng ngự, những đội sử dụng sơ đồ này sẽ chỉ có cách đánh thẳng vào trung lộ và nếu có dạt sang hai bên cũng sẽ rất neo người hỗ trợ.

Anh đã có những màn trình diễn tệ hại trước Athletic Bilbao (4-0) và Celta Vigo (4-1) từ đầu mùa này, điều không xuất hiện trong nhiều năm qua. Khả năng chống phản công của Alves đang xuống dốc và rất có thể sẽ trở thành “tử huyệt” để những Cristiano Ronaldo hay Gareth Bale khai thác. Do đó, sử dụng 3-5-2 cũng sẽ hạn chế chính Barca trong cuộc đối đầu với Real.

Đây cũng là sơ đồ giúp Barca phòng ngự tốt hơn nhưng cũng giúp họ chuyển đổi trạng thái rất nhanh và cách bố trí nhân sự cũng rất đa dạng. Đầu tiên, cách sắp xếp an toàn nhất đó là bộ tứ vệ Alba - Mascherano - Pique - Alves giăng ngang, tương tự với tuyến giữa là Iniesta - Busquets - Rakitic – Roberto. Hai hậu vệ cánh thuần chất phía sau sẽ giúp Iniesta và Roberto ngoài chơi rộng quấy rối cũng có thể dạt vào trung lộ khi cần. Điều này giúp Barca sẽ duy trì sự cân bằng ở mọi khu vực, giúp Alba và Alves mạnh dạn dâng cao hơn bởi đã có người bọc lót trong tình huống xấu.

Phá cách hơn, HLV Luis Enrique có thể sử dụng tới 4 trung vệ án ngữ trước khung thành đồng thời đẩy Alba và Alves lên đá tiền vệ. Khi đó, bộ đôi chạy cánh của Barca sẽ tự do băng lên phía trên hơn bởi luôn luôn có điểm tựa vững chắc ở phía sau. Khi cần giữ tỉ số, đội bóng xứ Catalan có thể thiết lập hậu phương lên tới 6 người. Nhưng nhược điểm lớn nhất của nó là ngăn cản sự liên kết giữa các tuyến hơn nữa lực lượng tấn công cũng khá mỏng.

Theo tình thế Barca phải hành quân tới sân Bernabeu nơi họ được cho là chịu nhiều áp lực tạo ra bởi Real, nhiều khả năng Enrique sẽ từ bỏ sơ đồ 4-3-3 ưa thích của mình. Rút một mũi tấn công ở trên xuống củng cố phòng ngự là điều cần thiết mà Blaugrana cần làm để hạn chế những điểm yếu, tối ưu lực lượng.
