Alvaro Morata, Eden Hazard và bài toán số 9 ảo của Conte

Antonio Conte quyết định sử dụng Eden Hazard trong vai trò số 9 ảo nhưng chỉ làm lộ ra vấn đề của Chelsea khi không có Alvaro Morata. 

 
Trong kế hoạch xoay tua đội hình, Antonio Conte quyết định sử dụng một số sự thay đổi, bao gồm cả về mặt con người lẫn chiến thuật. Trận thứ hai liên tiếp, Conte để Alvaro Morata ngồi dự bị, sử dụng Eden Hazard trong vai trò số 9 ảo với Pedro và Willian hỗ trợ ở ngay sau.

Những kết quả rực rỡ từ sự thử nghiệm số 9 ảo trong quá khứ giúp Conte tự tin làm điều tương tự trước Southampton. Năm ngoái khi xảy ra mâu thuẫn với Diego Costa, Conte xoay sang sơ đồ số 9 ảo với Eden Hazard đá cao nhất trên hàng công, rồi vùi dập Leicester khi đó là ĐKVĐ Premier League với tỉ số 3-0. Trước cuộc đối đầu với Southampton chỉ 4 ngày, The Blues cũng đánh bại Huddersfield tới 3 bàn cũng nhờ việc để chân sút thực thụ (Alvaro Morata - PV) ngồi ngoài, đẩy Hazard lên vị trí mũi nhọn.
 
Lần này, kết quả thu về không mấy khả quan. Nếu không có bàn thắng trên chấm đá phạt trực tiếp của Marcos Alonso trong những giây bù giờ cuối cùng của hiệp một, The Blues có lẽ phải chia điểm ngay tại Stamford Bridge. "Số 9 ảo" không còn là miếng đánh bất ngờ của Conte nữa.
 
Một nguyên nhân khiến miếng đánh của Antonio Conte mất đi hiệu quả là Mauricio Pellegrino. Chiến lược gia người Argentina luôn biết cách gây khó khăn cho những đội bóng lớn, đặc biệt ở khả năng tiếp thu rất tốt bài học từ kẻ đi trước. Pellegrino đã nhìn cách Man Utd đánh bại Arsenal để đẩy cao đội hình trong những phút đầu, qua đó ghi được 1 bàn vào lưới "pháo thủ" và chỉ chịu chia điểm trong những phút cuối. Đến khi gặp Chelsea, Pellegrino lại nhìn cách Huddersfield bị đánh bại bởi sơ đồ số 9 ảo của Antonio Conte nhằm tìm ra bài học cho riêng mình. 
 
Trước cuộc đối đầu, Pellegrino tuyên bố sẽ bắt chết Eden Hazard, Southampton làm đúng như thế. Thiếu Morata thu hút bớt hậu vệ đối phương, Hazard không thể tạo nên đột biến khi luôn bị theo sát. Trong bối cảnh Hazard bị phong tỏa, hàng công Chelsea không đủ sức uy hiếp đối phương khi Pellegrino đã đọc được "bài" của Conte trong cách sử dụng Willian và Pedro, một người làm thay nhiệm vụ sáng tạo, người còn lại tận dụng khoảng trống nhờ Hazard tạo ra để tìm cơ hội ghi bàn.
 
Eden Hazard chơi không hiệu quả khi thiếu Alvaro Morata.

Eden Hazard trên thực tế là mẫu cầu thủ sáng tạo, cần nhiều không gian để tạo nên sự khác biệt. Từ mùa trước đến hiện tại, Hazard đã quá quen với việc chơi sau một trung phong thực thụ, từ Diego Costa cho đến Alvaro Morata. Khi phải chơi ở một vị trí không quen thuộc, cầu thủ người Bỉ bị lạc nhịp trong cảm quan khác lạ về không gian.
 
Hai trận gần nhất chơi trong vai trò số 9 ảo, Eden Hazard đều không đóng góp trực tiếp vào chiến tích của Chelsea. Không bàn thắng, không kiến tạo, Hazard mỗi trận chỉ tung ra 1 cú dứt điểm và đều không trúng đích. Một bài toán khác lại đặt ra cho Antonio Conte khi sử dụng sơ đồ số 9 ảo để giữ sức cho Alvaro Morata. Đó là giúp Hazard chơi hiệu quả hơn khi phải đảm nhiệm vị trí không quen thuộc, đồng thời tìm ra phương án để các vệ tinh xung quanh tận dụng được khoảng trống khi đối thủ bị hút người theo "số 9 ảo".
 
Alvaro Morata gần đây cho thấy dấu hiệu xuống sức khi chưa quen với nhịp độ thi đấu tại Anh. Thế nên từ giờ đến cuối mùa, Antonio Conte còn phải sử dụng "số 9 ảo" khá nhiều. Vấn đề là Conte sẽ giải bài toán mới ra sao?
