Hàng tiền vệ Chelsea: Giải quyết bài toán Matic như thế nào?

Sự thiếu vắng của nhân tố chủ lực Nemanja Matic ở hàng tiền vệ Chelsea trong cuộc đối đầu gặp Tottenham tại trận chung kết Cúp Liên đoàn cuối tuần này hoàn toàn có thể khiến cho thầy trò HLV Jose Mourinho gặp không ít khó khăn.

Dễ dàng nhận thấy rằng, vai trò của Matic tại sân Stamford Bridge kể từ đầu mùa đến giờ là cực kỳ quan trọng. Thường xuyên xuất phát ở vị trí tiền vệ phòng ngự trong sơ đồ 4-2-3-1 bên cạnh Cesc Fabregas nhưng ngôi sao người Serbia lại chơi thấp hơn, chủ yếu tập trung làm nhiệm vụ càn quét tuyến giữa, quán xuyến khu vực trước hàng thủ. Thống kê cho thấy, trung bình mỗi trận tại Premier League mùa này, Matic thực hiện thành công 2,96 cú tắc bóng; 2,2 tình huống đánh chặn chuẩn xác và 2,8 pha truy cản kịp thời. Ở đấu trường Champions League, cựu cầu thủ Benfica thậm chí còn tắc bóng chính xác tới… 6 lần/trận, qua đó trở thành một trong những “máy quét” hiệu quả bậc nhất châu Âu.

Thực tế đã chỉ ra, trong số 3 trận thua của thầy trò HLV Jose Mourinho ở mùa giải năm thì cũng có tới 2 lần Matic phải vắng mặt. Bên cạnh đó, tỷ lệ giành chiến thắng của đội bóng thành London khi tiền vệ người Serbia xuất hiện trên sân lên đến 70% và giảm hơn một nửa khi anh không thể tham gia thi đấu (chỉ còn 33%). Cho đến thời điểm hiện tại, trước thềm cuộc đối đầu gặp Tottenham trong trận chung kết Cúp Liên đoàn cuối tuần này, đối thủ từng đánh bại The Blues 5-3 ở Premier League (trận thua duy nhất mà Matic xuất hiện), bài toán Matic chắc chắn sẽ đem đến những thách thức không hề đơn giản dành cho HLV Mourinho và các học trò. Đặc biệt, trong bối cảnh John Obi Mikel, một mẫu cầu thủ có lối đá “chặt chém” thuần túy đang phải trải qua quá trình phục hồi chấn thương đầu gối, mọi chuyện sẽ càng trở nên khó khăn hơn đối với đội bóng thủ đô London. Dưới đây chính là những phương án khả thi hơn cả giúp HLV Mourinho tìm ra giải pháp khắc phục tình hình.

Ramires

Ở thời điểm hiện tại, trong tay HLV Mourinho chỉ còn duy nhất hai sự lựa chọn cho vị trí tiền vệ trung tâm, đó là Fabregas và Ramires. Xét về sức vóc, Ramires cũng là một cầu thủ sở hữu khả năng tranh chấp tương đối quyết liệt. Thế nhưng, bản năng tấn công của ngôi sao người Brazil hoàn toàn có thể khiến cho hàng tiền vệ Chelsea trở nên mất đi tính cân bằng cần thiết đồng thời dễ dàng để lộ ra không ít những khoảng trống ngay trước khu vực cấm địa.

Theo thống kê, Ramires chỉ tắc bóng thành công 0,88 lần/trận và thực hiện được 0,62 tình huống đánh chặn chuẩn xác trong mùa giải năm nay, một hiệu suất thực sự khiến cho không ít người hâm mộ The Blues phải cảm thấy nghi ngờ. Thậm chí, dù chủ động dâng cao tấn công khá nhiều nhưng mức độ hiệu quả mà Ramires tạo ra cũng là không mấy đáng kể. Trung bình mỗi trận tại Premier League năm nay, cựu tiền vệ Benfica chỉ thực hiện 0,56 cơ hội ăn bàn cho các mũi nhọn phía trên. Bên cạnh đó, khi nhìn vào tỷ lệ tranh chấp tay đôi thành công của Ramires chỉ rơi vào khoảng 42%, cũng là một con số khiến nhiều người phải lo lắng.

Dĩ nhiên, trong trường hợp chấp nhận kéo Oscar lùi về chơi ở trung tâm hàng tiền vệ, Mourinho chắc chắn sẽ không dám mạo hiểm để cầu thủ này đảm nhiệm vai trò của một “số 6” thuần túy, bởi chỉ riêng Fabregas dâng cao thường xuyên thôi cũng đã là quá đủ rồi. Thay vào đó, ngôi sao người Brazil sẽ được sử dụng như một tiền vệ trung tâm chơi ngay gần với cặp Ramires-Fabregas để chủ động lùi về nhiều hơn. Ngoài ra, việc sử dụng 3 cầu thủ thi đấu ngay gần hàng phòng ngự cũng giúp cho Chelsea dễ dàng duy trì một thế trận ổn định và có phần chắc chắn hơn trước Tottenham.

Khá bất ngờ khi những chỉ số thống kê đã chỉ ra rằng, Oscar thậm chí còn tranh chấp hiệu quả hơn Ramires trong mùa giải năm nay, với trung bình mỗi trận 1,67 cú tắc bóng thành công và 0,67 pha đánh chặn chuẩn xác. Do đó, một phương án cân bằng dựa trên khả năng hoán đổi vị trí giữa Oscar và Ramires sẽ phần nào khiến lối chơi của thầy trò HLV Mourinho trở nên cơ động và biến hóa hơn, đồng thời vẫn thể hiện được sự an toàn khi tổ chức phòng ngự.

Thế nhưng, giới chuyên môn vẫn luôn đánh giá Cuadrado là một trong những cầu thủ đa năng và toàn diện bậc nhất châu Âu vào thời điểm hiện tại. Tỷ lệ tranh chấp thành công lên đến 58,66% trong giai đoạn lượt đi Serie A mùa bóng 2014/2015 (cao hơn cả Matic; 49,57%) đã chứng tỏ rằng ngôi sao người Colombia hoàn toàn có thể đảm nhiệm vai trò của một “chốt chặn” đáng tin cậy ngay trước hàng thủ The Blues.
