Chiến thuật El Clasico: Khi Benitez buộc phải thay đổi

(Bongda24h.vn) – Bất cứ HLV nào từng dẫn dắt Real Madrid cũng phải tìm cách giải quyết bài toán có tên “Equilibrio”, tức là đi tìm sự cân bằng giữa công và thủ. Rafael Benitez cũng không nằm ngoài danh sách ấy khi ông đang phải rất đau đầu trước những sách lược cho trận El Clasico đầu tiên của cá nhân HLV người Madrid.

Trong phần lớn trận đấu đã qua của mùa giải, HLV Benitez rất ưa thích sơ đồ, ngay cả khi những trụ cột trên hàng công của ông như Gareth Bale, James Rodriguez hay Karim Benzema thay nhau vắng mặt. Đó là một điểm khá kỳ lạ bởi trước khi cựu HLV của Napoli cập bến Bernabeu, mọi người đều dự đoán rằng ông sẽ áp dụng sơ đồ sở trường 4-2-3-1 mang lại thành công cho mọi đội bóng nơi ông đã đặt chân qua. Thế nhưng Benitez đã quyết định thay đổi, một phần là bởi các cầu thủ tấn công như Bale hay Ronaldo đang ngày càng khao khát được thi đấu trong vai trò của một tiền đạo cắm, vấn đề thứ hai là Casemiro đã thể hiện được khả năng của mình và xứng đáng giành một suất đá chính.

Tuy nhiên, tưởng chừng như một Real bất bại sau 10 vòng đấu đầu tiên (ngoại trừ trận thắng Real Betis 5-0) khi chơi với sơ đồ 4-3-3 đã cho thấy được khả năng công thủ toàn diện của đội bóng này, nhưng những trận đấu trước Paris Saint-Germain và mới nhất là trận thua tại Sevilla đã phơi bày trần trụi những mặt trái của sơ đồ chiến thuật này. Trước hết, cần phải giải thích rằng 4-3-3 của Rafa Benitez được vận hành bởi bộ ba tiền vệ trung tâm cơ động là Casemiro, Modric và Kroos. Rất nhiều tình huống Sevilla đã tổ chức phản công và thậm chí là có bàn thắng từ những khoảng trống ấy, dựa vào sự vượt trội về số lượng cầu thủ ở khu vực này. Điều đó hoàn toàn có thể bị khai thác bởi Barcelona bởi họ đang sở hữu 2 trong số những cầu thủ chạy cánh hay nhất thế giới, đó là Messi và Neymar, cùng những tiền vệ trung tâm có thể đưa bóng đến mọi vị trí trên sân.

Real có thể bắt nạt những đội bóng nhỏ bằng sơ đồ chiến thuật 4-3-3, nhưng khi phải đối mặt với những gã khồng lồ trong nước và tại châu Âu, không những hàng thủ của họ bị khai thác mà hàng công cũng chẳng thể nào lên tiếng. Rafa Benitez hoàn toàn có thể chọn một giải pháp khác, khả dĩ hơn, cân bằng hơn và đã được kiểm chứng trong quá khứ, đó là 4-4-2. Khi đó HLV người Ý để Di Maria thi đấu như một trong 3 tiền vệ trung tâm, nhưng anh thường xuyên dạt cánh trái để hỗ trợ tấn công và cả phòng ngự. Còn người đá cánh trái như dự đoán là Ronaldo, lại thường xuyên di chuyển trong vòng 16m50 để tạo nên cặp đôi sát thủ cùng Karim Benzema. Cánh phải vẫn sẽ được trấn giữ bởi siêu sao người xứ Wales, Gareth Bale. Cũng với sơ đồ chiến thuật này, Real Madrid đánh bại Barca 3-1 trong lần hiếm hoi họ thắng trong một trận cầu El Clasico với tỷ số cách biệt những năm qua. Khi đó, Isco là người thay thế cho vị trí của Angel Di Maria. Ở thời điểm hiện tại, khi mà James Rodriguez đã bình phục hoàn toàn chấn thương, anh có thể đảm nhiệm vị trí tiền vệ trái này để Ronaldo có thể thoải mái di chuyển vào trong vòng cấm.
