U23 Việt Nam - U23 Triều Tiên: Tuyến giữa là lời giải cho bài toán chiến thắng

Trải qua hai trận đấu đầu tiên gặp UAE và Jordan, U23 Việt Nam đã cho thấy điểm tử huyệt chính là tuyến tiền vệ. Đây là bài toán khó giải với HLV Park Hang Seo.
Bài toán phòng ngự

Trong hai trận đấu vừa qua, nếu không có sự xuất sắcc của hàng thủ và màn trình diễn tuyệt vời của thủ thành Tiến Dũng, U23 Việt Nam có lẽ cũng không thể giành được 2 điểm mang về. Việc khung thành của thủ môn Tiến Dũng thường xuyên bị đặt trong tình trạng báo động trong hai trận đấu vừa qua có một phần nguyên nhân không nhỏ đến từ sự hạn chế trong khả năng đánh chặn từ xa của hàng tiền vệ U23 Việt Nam.

Ở cả hai trận đấu, HLV Park Hang Seo vẫn tin tưởng bộ khung đã làm nên chiến thắng của U23 Việt Nam tại SEA Games với Đức Chiến thi đấu thấp nhất, ở phía trên Hoàng Đức và Quang Hải thi đấu cao hơn nhằm đánh chặn từ giữa sân. Ở trận đấu đầu tiên, Đức Chinh cũng được đá lùi sâu bên cánh trái nhằm hỗ trợ tuyến tiền vệ trong khâu thu hồi bóng. Trong khi đó, sang trận đấu thứ 2 gặp Jordan, Thanh Sơn được bố trí đá cặp từ đầu cùng Đức Chiến.

Mặc dù bố trí hàng tiền vệ số đông, nhưng U23 Việt Nam hoàn toàn bị áp đảo khi tuyến tiền vệ số đông của HLV Park không hoàn thành nhiệm vụ trước hàng tiền vệ đầy sức mạnh của U23 UAE ở trận đấu đầu tiên. Theo thống kê của AFC, U23 UAE gấp đôi U23 Việt Nam ở tỉ lệ kiểm soát bóng (64.3% so với 35.7% của U23 Việt Nam). Số đường chuyền của UAE cũng hoàn toàn vượt trội so với Việt Nam (514 so với 281 đường chuyền).

Xét riêng cá nhân Đức Chiến, người đóng vai trò tiền vệ trụ của U23 Việt Nam, thì anh không thể hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ mà cầu thủ thi đấu ở vị trí này cần có. Trong 2 trận đấu, Đức Chiến chỉ có tổng cộng 9 tình huống thu hồi được bóng về cho đội nhà, con số quá khiêm tốn đối với một tiền vệ phòng ngự.

Có những thời điểm, U23 Việt Nam liên tục phải chịu những tình huống tấn công dồn dập từ phía đối thủ khi hàng tiền vệ gần như bị "ngợp", không có khả năng đánh chặn từ xa. bộ 3 trung vệ thường xuyên phải đối mặt với các tình huống đi bóng, phối hợp nguy hiểm. Một tuyến tiền vệ đủ tốt sẽ giúp vấn đề này được giải quyết. 

Hàng công tịt ngòi

Nếu tìm được lời giải cho tuyến tiền vệ, chắc chắn bài toàn bế tắc trên hàng công của U23 Việt Nam cũng sẽ được giải quyết. Qua hai trận đấu, U23 Việt Nam chưa thể ghi được bàn thắng nào. Một phần lý giải cho điều này cũng xuất phát từ chính hàng tiền vệ của U23 Việt Nam. Tuyến giữa của thầy Park không thể hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ kiến thiết cho hàng tiền đạo, khiến Đức Chinh hay Tiến Linh thường xuyên bị chia cắt.

Tuyến tiền vệ ở hai trận đấu vừa qua không chỉ có thấy sự hạn chế trong khâu phòng ngự mà còn bế tắc trong các tình huống triển khai bóng tấn công cũng như lên bóng khi phản công. U23 Việt Nam gần như không có phương án tiếp cận khung thành đối phương. Trong 2 trận đấu, các học trò của HLV Park tung ra đến 28 dứt điểm (17 lần với UAE và 11 lần với Jordan), nhưng chỉ hơn 1/3 số cú sút (11 lần) được thực hiện trong vòng cấm.

Đức Chiến trong vai trò của một “công nhân” có lẽ chỉ phù hợp với những tình huống đánh chặn, thu hồi bóng. Thanh Sơn lần đầu được thử sức ở sân chơi Châu lục cũng không cho thấy sự hòa nhập và bị HLV Park thay ra ngay sau hiệp 1 ở trận gặp Jordan. Trong khi đó, hai cầu thủ được đánh giá là có kỹ thuật hơn là Hoàng Đức và Quang Hải cũng không thể hiện được nhiều điều trước hàng phòng ngự thi đấu quá quyết liệt của đối thủ.

Các đường chuyền của tuyến giữa U23 Việt Nam chủ yếu là các đường chuyền ngang an toàn hoặc chuyền về cho hàng trung vệ, vì thế cũng không thể tạo ra được những bất ngờ cho hàng phòng ngự đối phương. Trong trận đấu mở màn với U23 UAE, tuyến tiền vệ của U23 Việt Nam chỉ thực hiện 13 đường chuyền thành công trong khu vực 1/3 sân của đối thủ trong số 81 đường chuyền được thực hiện. Chính việc không có được một hàng tiền vệ chất lượng, đồng thời đối thủ thi đấu quá xuất sắc khiến cho hàng tiền đạo không có đủ cơ hội để làm nên chuyện ở hai trận đấu vừa qua.

Loay hoay tìm lời giải

Chắc chắn HLV Park Hang Seo là người hiểu rõ nhất những hạn chế nơi hàng tiền vệ của U23 Việt Nam ở hai trận đấu vừa qua. Nếu có thể tìm được một hàng tiền vệ chất lượng, thi đấu hiệu quả thì có lẽ những bài toán trong khâu phòng thủ và tấn công cũng sẽ được giải quyết.

Tuyến tiền vệ chất lượng hơn sẽ nâng cao hiệu quả trong các tình huống đánh chặn, vây ráp thủ hồi bóng từ đó giảm bớt áp lực lên hàng phòng ngự, hạn chế những tình huống bóng mà đối thủ đánh trực diện vào bộ 3 trung vệ của U23 Việt Nam. Không những thế, một tuyến giữa “khỏe mạnh” cũng sẽ khiến chất lượng trong các pha lên bóng tấn công, phản công được cải thiện. Các pha bóng tấn công của U23 Việt Nam xuất hiện nhiều hơn và bất ngờ hơn, qua đó mang đến cơ hội nhiều hơn cho hàng tiền đạo.

Tuy nhiên, việc kết hợp thế nào để cho ra một hàng tiền vệ hiệu quả như ý thì lại là vấn đề hoàn toàn khác. Ở trận đấu với U23 UAE, Đức Chiến thi đấu trong vai trò tiền vệ phòng ngự, được hỗ trở bởi hai cầu thủ thi đấu cao hơn là Quang Hải và Hoàng Đức. Bộ 3 này mới chỉ ở mức tròn vai sau 90 phút thi đấu. Có lẽ trước một đối thủ mạnh như UAE thì điều này cũng hoàn toàn dễ hiểu.

Ở trận đấu thứ hai với Jordan, nhằm tạo điều kiện cho Quang Hải và Hoàng Đức đóng góp nhiều hơn trong khâu tấn công, Thanh Sơn được bố trí đá cặp cùng Đức Chiến ở trung tâm tuyến giữa, U23 Việt Nam triển khai sơ đồ 3-4-3 với ý đồ tấn công ngay từ đầu. Tuy nhiên, cách bố trí này cũng không khiến chiến lược gia người Hàn Quốc hài lòng và ông phải đưa ra sự thay đổi ngay sau hiệp 1 bằng việc Đức Chinh được tung vào sân, U23 Việt Nam trở lại sơ đồ 3-5-2 như trận đấu mở màn. Có vẻ như qua hai trận đấu, HLV Park vẫn chưa thể tìm kiếm cho mình một hàng tiền vệ ưng ý.

Trước thềm trận đấu quyết định với U23 Triều Tiên ở lượt đấu cuối cùng vòng bảng, HLV Park Hang Seo chắc chắn sẽ phải đau đầu với những phương án ở hàng tiền vệ nhằm giúp cho U23 Việt Nam có được sự chủ động trong khâu phòng ngự, qua đó tạo tiền đề để phát triển bóng, châm ngòi cho các pha bóng tấn công. Hàng tiền vệ sẽ là "chìa khóa" mở ra chiến thắng đầu tiên của U23 Việt Nam ở giải đấu lần này trước khi nghĩ về một tấm vé vào vòng tứ kết.
