Chiến thuật nào để Man City vượt ải Bayern?

Đêm nay trận đại chiến Man City vs Bayern Munich trong khuôn khổ Champions League sẽ diễn ra trên sân Etihad. Liệu đâu sẽ là chiến thuật cho The Citizens để vượt qua thử thách mang tên Hùm xám và nuôi hy vọng vào vòng trong?

Con đường ở cúp châu Âu năm nay của Man City đã sớm được dự báo là rất chông gai khi họ rơi vào bảng đấu “tử thần” gồm những cái tên cực kỳ khó nhằn như AS Roma, CSKA Moscow và đặc biệt là Bayern Munich. Cộng với thành tích không mấy khả quan trong những lần tham dự Champions League gần đây, có lẽ nhiều người đã sớm nghĩ tới việc các nhà ĐKVĐ nước Anh sớm dừng bước ở vòng bảng.

Và quả thật công cuộc tìm kiếm tấm vé vào vòng trong của thầy trò HLV Manuel Pellegrini ở bảng G cũng đang gặp phải rất nhiều trắc trở. Họ chưa có một chiến thắng nào sau 4 trận, có được 2 điểm, xếp bét bảng và buộc phải thắng Bayern Munich ở lượt trận thứ 5 để nuôi hy vọng đi tiếp. Khó khăn càng chồng chất hơn khi đội chủ nhà mất đi bộ đôi tiền vệ trung tâm hàng đầu Yaya Toure - Fernandinho do cả hai đều dính thẻ đỏ trong trận thua 1-2 trước CSKA Moscow ở lượt trận thứ 4.

Vậy Man City sẽ dùng chiến thuật nào để có thể vượt qua Bayern Munich? Đội bóng của HLV Pep Guardiola đã thể hiện một phong độ quá ấn tượng trong mùa giải năm nay khi họ vẫn chưa biết đến mùi thất bại trên tất cả các đấu trường. Sự dày dặn về đội hình cộng với hệ thống chiến thuật đa dạng giúp cho Hùm xám có được những kết quả cực kỳ khả quan. Tuy nhiên Bayern cũng đang gặp phải một vấn đề rất nan giải và đây có thể là chìa khoá để Man City có thể giành chiến thắng. Có thể nói bàn đạp đến chiến thắng của đội bóng nước Đức nằm ở tuyến giữa cực kỳ đồng đều và có khả năng cơ động cao. Đã có rất nhiều bài phân tích về các đội hình chiến thuật mà HLV Pep Guardiola đã sử dụng trong trận đại thắng AS Roma với tỷ số 6-0 ngay trên sân Olimpico và tất cả đều thừa nhận rằng chính những sự thay đổi ở tuyến giữa xung quanh bộ ba Alonso- Lahm-Alaba là mấu chốt dẫn đến chiến thắng của Bayern. Trong lần đối đầu sắp tới, Man City có lợi thế cực lớn khi tuyến giữa của đội khách đang bị tổn thất nghiêm trọng. 2 trong số 3 cầu thủ chủ chốt nói trên là Alaba và Lahm đã dính chấn thương và chắc chắn vắng mặt, đó là còn chưa kể tới những chấn thương của các trụ cột khác như Javi Martinez hay Thiago Alcantara và đây sẽ là điểm yếu mà Man City có thể xoáy vào.

Như đã nói ở trên, tuyến giữa của Man xanh cũng thiếu đi Toure và Fernandinho, 2 nhân tố cực kỳ quan trọng nhưng trong tay HLV Pellegrini vẫn còn những quân bài bổ sung là Fernando và Lampard. Tuy nhiên nếu như tiếp tục thi đấu với hệ thống 2 tiền vệ trung tâm trong sơ đồ 4-4-2 quen thuộc thì Man xanh khó lòng có thể làm nên điều bất ngờ trước các vị khách tới từ nước Đức. Thay vào đó, một sự thay đổi khi sử dụng chiến thuật 4-3-2-1 có thể sẽ đem lại sự khác biệt.

Trên lý thuyết, Fernando là một tiền vệ đánh chặn thực thụ và anh cũng đã làm rất tốt nhiệm vụ càn quét của mình mỗi khi được trao cơ hội đá thay Fernandinho, trong khi đó Frank Lampard với kinh nghiệm thi đấu, những cú sút xa uy lực và khả năng chạy chỗ không bóng cực kỳ thông minh sẽ là nhân tố tung ra những cú đấm bất ngờ từ tuyến hai. Điều mà Man City còn thiếu là một cầu thủ con thoi có khả năng liên kết hàng tấn công với phòng ngự của đội bóng và James Milner có thể sẽ là một cái tên rất phù hợp vào lúc này. Cầu thủ này từng xuất thân là vận động viên điền kinh, vì thế không có gì lạ khi anh sở hữu một nền tảng thể lực dồi dào và luôn nằm trong số những cầu thủ chạy nhiều nhất đội bóng. Chính sự cơ động của “con thoi” Milner sẽ là chất kết dính tuyệt vời để gắn kết các cầu thủ ở hai tuyến của Man City.

Trong trận đấu sắp tới các tiền vệ trung tâm của Hùm xám là Alonso và Schweinsteiger không phải là những cầu thủ có tốc độ mà thiên về lối đá kiểm soát bóng nhiều hơn. Điều này giúp họ dễ dàng hơn trong việc tăng cường kiểm soát giữa sân nhưng đồng thời cũng làm nguy cơ về việc thủng lưới từ những đợt phản công của đối thủ là cao hơn. Alonso và Schweinsteiger có rất ít cơ hội đá cặp với nhau trong mùa giải năm nay và việc không hiểu ý dẫn tới mất bóng khi đang dâng cao là kịch bản hoàn toàn có thể xảy ra giữa hai cầu thủ này. Đó sẽ là cơ hội tuyệt vời cho hàng các tiền vệ của Man City bung sức để tung những đòn hồi mã thương.

Ngoài vị trí ở trung lộ, hai biên của Man City có lẽ cũng cần kéo xuống thấp hơn để khắc chế tối đa những đợt tấn công ở biên của Hùm xám. Đẳng cấp của Ribery và Robben rõ ràng là không thể xem thường và các hậu vệ biên của The Citizens chắc chắn sẽ có một ngày làm việc cực kỳ vất vả, nhưng các tiền vệ biên cũng phải có nhiệm vụ hỗ trợ phòng ngự khi bộ đôi hậu vệ Bernat-Rafinha của Bayern thường xuyên dâng lên rất cao để hỗ trợ ở hai biên, đồng thời Xabi Alonso lùi về rất sâu để đá như một trung vệ thứ 3. Đây chính là lúc Bayern chuyển từ đội hình 4-2-3-1 sang 3-5-2 để tăng cường tối đa sức ép ở tuyến giữa và việc có 2 tiền vệ cánh che chắn và phòng ngự từ xa trong sơ đồ 4-3-2-1 sẽ tạo ra sự chắc chắn cho Man City hơn là 4-3-3. David Silva đang dính chấn thương và khả năng ra sân vẫn là bỏ ngỏ, vì thế hai biên của Man xanh trong trận đấu tới sẽ là Jesus Navas và Samir Nasri.
